Specimen Requirements
Specimen must arrive within 48 hours of collection.
Body Fluid
2 mL of body fluid in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube. Send specimen refrigerated.
Note: 1. Specimen source is required on request form for processing.
2. Indicate body fluid on request form.
3. Label specimen appropriately (body fluid).
