Specimen Volume: Two 5-mL tubes
Specimen Minimum Volume: One 5-mL tube
Collection Instructions:
1. Avoid hemolysis
2. Label tubes with patient's name (first and last), date of birth, date of draw, and phlebotomist's initials.
