Specimen Volume: 2.0 mL

Specimen Minimum Volume: 0.2 mL

Collection Instructions:

Collect in the a.m. before next dose, or 6 to 12 hours after last dose.

Reject Due To:

1. Collection in lithium heparin tube

2. Hemolysis: 4+

3. Lipemia: 4+
