15 days to 11 months old: 2.5 - 4.6g/dL

1 to 7 years: 3.5 - 4.5 g/dL

8 to 14 years: 3.7 - 4.7 g/dL

Female 15 to 18 years: 3.5 - 4.9 g/dL

Male 15 to 18 years: 3.8 - 5.0 g/dL

> 19 years: 3.1 - 4.5 g/dL

Critical (automatic call back):  <1.5 or >6.0 g/dL
