Collection Instructions:

1. Properly wash collection site and clean with alcohol.

2. Do not refrigerate.

3. Specimen source, capillary is required for test method at Alomere Health.

5. Complete a “Blood Lead Report Form (Minnesota Department of Health)” in “Forms” in “Special Instructions”.
