Specimen Volume: Representative portion of stool.

Reject Due To: Formed stool

Collection Instructions:

1. Collect unformed stool specimen in a clean, screw-topped plastic container.

2. Label with two patient identifiers.

If within 2 days from collection: Refrigerated

If >2 days from collection: Frozen

Negative for Norovirus GI and GII
